Welcome to the 360 Falcons Blog

Are you ready for some Falcons football? My name is Chris Caruso and I will be writing a comprehensive guide to the Falcons season. For their 1st test of the 2011-2012 season the Falcons will be up against the Bears, who are coming off a solid season going to the NFC championship game. The key for the Falcons in this game will be their ability to get after QB Jay Cutler who is coming off a serious knee injury. If the Falcons can hit Cutler early and often they will be in good shape against the Bears offense. As for Atlanta’s offense, Matt Ryan and company will have a tough task at hand in taking on the Bears tough D. The Falcons best bet is to stick to the run game and wear down Chicago’s tough D-line. If the Falcons can keep Cutler down, and make a big defensive play or a special teams return, they have a good chance to win this game. Look for Michael Turner to pick up where he left off and continue to be one of the more productive backs in the league. Check back in after the Week 1 games for a recap of all the action. Follow me on twitter @chriscaruso3 for constant sports banter of all types. Enjoy the game, and happy NFL season to all!
